Our Employee Resource Groups

At DiDi, Employee Resource Groups are collaborative teams that strive to foster connection among individuals, facilitate idea sharing, and drive internal initiatives focused on promoting diversity and inclusion. While joining these groups is optional, they provide a safe space for our members.

Hear from DiDi employees

The past three years at DiDi have been life-changing for me. I have worked across many markets around the world, immersing myself in different cultures, confirming firsthand, that DiDi has an amazing culture no matter where you are in the world. DiDi stands for diversity in all its forms. As a member of DiDi's Women Network leadership team in the region, I am thrilled to be able to work with such a strong community of women. We are committed to making an impact and eager to keep working towards a more inclusive workplace and society.

- Francisca, Mobility

Since setting up our women's network, I have encountered many inspiring women in our DiDi community. These women go above and beyond and are what keeps me going. As a recognised best practice in the technology industry, we identify real gender challenges at the workplace and constantly explore the potential improvements we could have on our members' lives. We were featured in UN ESCAP's Gender Equality in the Technology Industry Report as a case study. And our network will continue to be a community that is run by and belongs to every woman in our ecosystem.
