I decided to return to DiDi because the opportunity for development was incredible! DiDi was no longer the startup that I was part of 4 years prior. The amount of growth this company had gone through was mindblowing! At first, I was a bit overwhelmed because the amount of change this company had gone through. Yet the processes we had in TA still needed a lot of updating to be able to catch up with the business speed and needs. So I was super excited to get to work and turn the team around! I'm always very excited to work with peers I already knew, at DiDi, I always feel like I have the support I need.
DiDi provided a great opportunity for me which really helped develop my career, at the time I had spent 3 years working in financial loans, so DiDi’s financial business was the perfect fit for me. During my interviews, I could see the ambition of the team and I expected a lot of growth with the team and business – and I was right! I love our teams and managers. They provide me with help solving problems that I can‘t face alone. I am always inspired by them.
After I left DiDi, I worked for 1 year and a half in another company. There was not a single day that I didn't miss DiDi. The people, the business agility, and passion. Being able to return to DiDi makes me happy every day. To see that our business is growing through the hard work of these amazing employees we have, this is something that everyone here is proud of.
