I loved coming back to DiDi's offices and reconnecting with the talented people who made it possible for DiDi to take off and fly so high. I will always feel grateful and proud to be an Oranger on the mission to improve mobility and the economy of Latin America. When you love a company you've been with so much, it will always be a pleasure to come back and see it succeed.

Coming back to DiDi was easy as I never wanted to have a different job! In 2020 before the pandemic, I told my team that I was leaving to start my own company. Everyone was supportive of my decision and I was able to keep in touch with many colleagues and friends during my entrepreneurial journey. When I decided to shut down my startup, I did not even think of working anywhere else. You can truly build your own story in this company and that is what I missed the most. I'm certainly happy to be back!
