Female Representation

We have more than 40% of our employees identifying as female. Looking forward, we're still looking to improve this number.

Nationalities

IBG has work locations in more than 16 countries. We have employees from 36 different nationalities.

Inclusion

We believe that a workplace should be a safe space where individuals can bring their uniqueness and full self. In our 2022 eNPS survey, 95% of our team believed that they are treated equally with respect, regardless of their race, ethnic, gender, sexual orientation, etc.
