In this role, you'll be...

Auxiliar na coleta, organização e análise de dados de comunicações para entender o comportamento de usuários do aplicativo.
Apoiar na criação de relatórios e dashboards que forneçam insights valiosos para as diferentes áreas do negócio.
Colaborar com a equipe de CRM para aperfeiçoar a segmentação de clientes e aprimorar os resultados de campanhas.
Participar na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria dos processos de coleta e tratamento de dados.
