In this role, you'll be...

Monitorar KPIs para acompanhar o desempenho do marketplace e o comportamento de motoristas e passageiros, agir rapidamente conforme necessário para melhorar a experiência;
Apoiar a equipe com análises mais profundas;
Apoiar a equipe na criação e execução de estratégias de incentivos do lado dos motoristas para equilibrar nosso marketplace e proporcionar uma boa experiência;
Sintetizar as conclusões das análises e gerar insights relevantes para os usuários.

Estudando Marketing, Finanças, Engenharia ou um campo relacionado;
Forte senso de responsabilidade, abordagem prática, habilidade executiva, auto-motivação e capacidade de aprendizado rápido;
Mentalidade empreendedora, criativa e prática; habilidades analíticas;
Conhecimento em Excel e modelagem de dados é um diferencial;
Inglês intermediário desejado;
Cidade base: São Paulo (trabalho presencial 3 vezes por semana).
