About the team/role

Join our Resource Optimization Team in Spanish-speaking Latin America, where you'll optimize prices to boost key metrics and enhance user experience. You'll develop playbooks, frameworks, and tools while collaborating with operations teams to execute impactful strategies. This role is perfect for someone passionate about influencing business outcomes in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

  • Working on the region’s pricing strategy with the leadership team;
  • Creating frameworks to improve decision-making;
  • Analyzing data to understand user behavior, generating actionable insights;
  • Developing methodologies to optimize pricing decisions;
  • Collaborating with different areas like operations, marketing, product, and growth

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business, data science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Relevant coursework or internships in business intelligence, finance, consulting, tech, or similar high-performance environments.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel and SQL; strong communication and stakeholder management; analytical problem-solving with strategic thinking; data-driven decision-making.
  • Work Style: Adaptable and proactive, thriving in ambiguous environments; hands-on approach to experimenting and executing projects.

Languages: Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
