About the team/role

We are looking for a passionate Product Operations and Analyst who has knowledge in API and has good critical thinking, customer centric, and excellent execution. In this role, you will be working closely with food operations, product and engineering teams globally to operate API integration and develop integration strategies in LATAM. 

In this role, you'll be...

  • Follow/improve already created processes to complete tasks for LATAM stores/integrators.

  • Collaborate with China and LATAM stores/integrators, to provide technical solutions and support to LATAM stores/integrators groups.

  • Be the point of contact of LATAM stores/integrators with DIDI for the integration part. Check and report issues, bugs and technical issues found to China team.

  • Make operation/status reports and share them with the stores/operations team. Organize in a structured manner the issues found for a better and efficient solution or reply.

  • Follow up the solutions and make sure that it is fully closed.

  • We're eager to be in touch because you have...

    • IT relevant degree or background.

  • Chinese is a must, high proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening and speaking); Spanish is a plus.

  • Structured ideas: Understand how to position ideas to be appealing to users.

  • Knowledge of API, Phython, SQL or relevant fields.
