About the team/role

In this role, you will lead the brand positioning for our cash loan products and potential innovations within the category, crafting a brand narrative through integrated marketing campaigns that deeply resonate within your consumers' minds and hearts while keeping the business goals as a cornerstone in your strategies.

Managing multiple sources of internal and external information, you’ll identify key strategic opportunities to ensure the brand stays ahead of the competition. You’ll collaborate closely with internal business leaders while leading projects supported by creative, media, and other multifunctional teams.

You’ll use all the tools at your disposal to ensure business and marketing objectives are met, maximizing ROI through data-driven decisions. You’ll also adapt strategies to market changes, oversee brand projects with external partners, and identify new growth opportunities.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Developing, implementing, and launching strategic brand positioning campaigns that clearly articulate the unique value proposition of the credit and cash loans products. 
  • Building compelling messaging and visual identities that resonate with target audiences and align with overall business goals.
  • Collaborating on comprehensive market research on the credit loans products segment, analyzing consumer behaviors, competitor strategies, and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth. 
  • Obtaining and leveraging deep consumer insights by studying customer preferences, needs, and pain points related to credit and loans, translating these insights into actionable strategies that enhance brand positioning, improve customer engagement, and support the development of targeted messaging.
  • Keeping the team informed of emerging trends and ensuring the brand stays relevant and innovative within the evolving landscape.
  • Collaborating effectively with product managers, creative teams & media agencies, among other stakeholders to ensure all brand initiatives are aligned with business objectives. 
  • Translating business needs into creative briefs and strategic recommendations that guide campaign development and product positioning.
  • Managing and optimizing brand-related budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns, research initiatives, and creative projects. As well as monitor spending to maximize return on investment and provide regular reports on campaign performance 
  • Supporting the development of marketing strategies and campaigns by backing ideas with quantitative data, qualitative research, and insights derived from market analysis. Justify creative and strategic decisions with evidence-based rationale to build stakeholder confidence.
  • Demonstrating resilience and flexibility by adapting strategies quickly in response to market fluctuations, regulatory updates, or internal business priorities. Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Taking ownership of assigned branding projects, proactively identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Drive initiatives forward independently while fostering a collaborative environment across teams to ensure alignment and shared success.

  • Experience influencing stakeholders as well as working in multicultural environments & other teams besides marketing.
  • You feel comfortable translating data insights into integrated marketing solutions.
  • Understanding of the basics of an online acquisition funnel.
  • Business objectives of a new sub-brand within a well-established brand ecosystem.
  • Experience crafting integrated marketing campaigns that have clear connections to business initiatives. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar fields
  • Working experience 5+ years (3+ years in a branding role)
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to be proactive
  • Collaboration & negotiation skills
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication
  • Highly desirable: Experience in a bank or fintech, tech companies or an equivalent field
