About the team/role

As a member of the 99 Food Key Account strategy and operations team, you will contribute to top-level global initiatives and drive strategic projects within your region. Your mission is to generate actionable insights, solve complex operational challenges, and improve key accounts business performance for 99 Food Service.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Merchant Aqcuisition Strategy: Develop aqcuisition strategy for national and key accounts. Collaborate with the commercial planning and the sales team to efficiently acquire high-value merchants.
  • Data Analytics: Define key metrics across multiple dimensions to construct and optimize business dashboards. Analyze merchant performance to identify growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally and achieve alignments with multiple teams (e.g., sales team, regional team, data science, product operations) to address specific challenges and support prioritized initiatives.
  • Project Management: Develop and improve tracking mechanism of overall key accounts aquisition and operational performance. Identify interlocks and solve problems with high ownership.

  • Educational background: Engineering, Business Administration or related fields are preferred.
  • Demonstrate both high-level strategic mindset and precision in execution.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making, exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances.
  • Strong Excel & Power Point skills, and proficiency in SQL or Python is highly preferred.
  • Clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize information quickly and highlight key insights.
  • Language: proficient in English, proficiency in Chinese / Portuguese is a huge plus.
