About the team/role

Our EV & Sustainable Solutions team is part of Driver Lab, 99’s innovation hub dedicated to our partner drivers. Our mission is to forge strategic partnerships and develop and implement cutting-edge products and solutions that drive efficiency and profitability for 99.

In this role, your primary focus will be developing business cases for new driver-centric programs.

The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and is a proactive professional who excels at building relationships with both cross-functional internal teams and external partners.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between users, partners, and internal support teams.
  • Partnership Negotiation: Lead negotiations with strategic partners and vendors to secure favorable terms and drive business growth.
  • Strategic Project Management: Drive projects from conception to execution, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to achieve business goals.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis across operational, financial, commercial, and market-related domains.
  • Executive Reporting: Prepare high-impact reports and executive-level presentations to support decision-making.
  • KPI Management: Structure and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all strategic initiatives.
  • Commercial Agreements: Draft and negotiate commercial proposals and service-level agreements (SLAs) with a focus on long-term value.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience integrating data analysis, project management, and executive communication to drive business growth and operational efficiency. [Mandatory]
  • Core Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills. [Mandatory]
  • Soft Skills: Proactive mindset, autonomy, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative team-player attitude. [Mandatory]
  • Languages: Advanced English proficiency. [Mandatory]
  • Spreadsheets: Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets. [Mandatory]
  • Presentations: Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Google Slides. [Mandatory]
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate SQL. [Mandatory]
  • Data Visualization: Foundational knowledge of Data Viz tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, ThinkCell). [Mandatory]
  • Interests: A genuine passion for Electric Mobility.
