About the team/role

As a Sr TA Manager, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for full-cycle recruitment, strategic hiring initiatives, and process optimization across key business areas. Acting as the primary talent partner for your supported groups, you’ll build strong, consultative relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs, driving high-impact hiring decisions that support our growth.

Your success will be driven by your expertise in talent acquisition, your ability to lead and inspire teams, and your strategic mindset when it comes to solving recruiting challenges at scale.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes against tight deadlines.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for business stakeholders, building trusted advisor relationships and delivering high-impact hiring strategies.
  • Own recruiting data and analytics for your business groups, using insights to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
  • Partner with the Head of TA to foster a culture of talent excellence, embedding recruitment as a key pillar of business success.
  • Ensure outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process

We're eager to be in touch because you have...

  • 5+ years of proven success in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing recruitment teams.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner strategically with senior leaders.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Exceptional communication skills — both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate urgency, ownership, and accountability
