About the team/role

You will support the HRBP function by partnering closely with business teams and the senior HRBP to ensure smooth execution of people processes, operational excellence, and strong employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to the business while building foundational HRBP capabilities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

In this role, you'll be...

HR Partnership

  • Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR topics, supporting employees and managers on policies, processes, and basic employee relations matters
  • Handle operational HR workflows such as travel approvals, documentation, and process coordination
  • Maintain and update headcount tracking, organizational data, and workforce reports

People Cycle Execution

  • Support performance cycle logistics, follow-ups, and data accuracy
  • Assist managers with goal setting process guidance and policy clarifications
  • Partner with HR Ops and COE teams to ensure timely execution of HR processes

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Support onboarding activities and follow-ups for new hires
  • Monitor team sentiment signals and escalate risks when needed
  • Help coordinate engagement initiatives and internal HR communications

Business Support

  • Understand team structure and organizational dynamics to provide effective operational support
  • Provide insights and updates to the senior HRBP to support decision-making
  • Ensure HR processes are executed with consistency and high quality

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, HRBP support
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
  • Strong organization and execution skills with attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills; English proficiency preferred
