About the team/role

The Marketing Sr Analyst  (focusing on branding) will be a strategic partner to 99Food’s brand strategy. This role of our Branding team to lead the implementation of 99Food communications strategy and implementation. This program will integrate benefits across our businesses, reinforcing the value of our ecosystem while driving brand preference, engagement, and conversion.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing practitioner ready to own projects end-to-end, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver measurable impact on brand and customer growth.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Supporting the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

  • Leading day-to-day collaboration with cross-functional teams (Social Media, Creative, PR, Media, Growth, CRM, BI, and Product) to deliver brand initiatives and campaigns.

  • Managing campaign planning, timelines, and stakeholder alignment to ensure flawless execution across multiple workstreams.

  • Supporting the development of creative briefs, communication strategies, and campaign narratives aligned with brand objectives.

  • Monitoring brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and consumer perception metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.

  • Supporting the planning and execution of brand activations, sponsorships, partnerships, and cultural moments that strengthen brand relevance and awareness.

  • Developing post-campaign reports, extracting learnings, and contributing to playbooks and best practices for future initiatives.

  • Working closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality creative output and strong brand consistency.

  • Supporting budget management, project tracking, and operational processes related to brand initiatives.

  • We're eager to be in touch because you have...

    • 4+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.

  • Previous experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and working across multiple marketing channels.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Experience working with creative, media, social, PR, CRM, and analytics teams.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

  • Analytical mindset with experience translating performance data and consumer insights into marketing recommendations.

  • Experience working with agencies and managing campaign development processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to drive projects from planning through execution.

  • Proactive, hands-on profile with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, technology, FMCG, or consumer brands is a plus.

  • Advanced English skills are a plus.
