About the team/role

The C&B - Compensation & Benefits team plays a strategic role in supporting business growth through competitive initiatives across the organization. As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with HR and business leaders, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Support the benefits programs.
  • Assist with data analysis, reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making and new Benefits Project 
  • Participate in vendor management activities and support negotiations related to health insurance, meal vouchers, transportation benefits, wellness programs, and other employee benefits.
  • Support communication and employee engagement initiatives related to benefits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects, process improvements, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Assist in budget planning, tracking, and cost control for benefits programs and projects.
