About the team/role

Working at DiDi means solving real problems for millions of riders, eaters, drivers and couriers across Latin America — on one of the region's largest ride-hailing and delivery platforms, built to be every day better for everyone. This role is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, data-driven environment, where decisions doesn't stay in a deck — it ships to a real city before the week is out. 

As a Legal Intern, you’ll handle real matters with care, keeping us compliant across markets, and learning how law works inside a company that never stops moving.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Supporting real legal and compliance matters across markets
  • Researching regulation and summarizing it for non-lawyers
  • Reviewing documents and processes with care and precision
  • Partnering with business teams to keep DiDi compliant and moving
  • Owning a piece of a matter and handling it responsibly

We're eager to be in touch because you have...

  • Minimum education: enrolled in a Law Bachelor's degree
  • Availability to onboard on January, 2027 with at least 6 months remaining from graduation date
  • Clear communication in Spanish, with working proficiency in English
  • Rigor and detail: precise, thorough and careful with the fine print
  • Trustworthiness: organized and discreet with sensitive information
