How do I know if I will move forward?
You'll receive communication from one of our recruiting members via email to schedule an interview through Calendly.
I´ve got an interview! What´s next?
Be sure to prepare by fully understanding the role, DiDi's hiring criteria and the company history.
What can I expect after the interview with the recruiter?
If everything goes well, you´ll be invited to continue the drive by meeting multiple Orangers from the business, the amount of interviews depends on the level of the role you´re participating in.
Am I going to have a clear roadmap of the process?
Of course, on your first checkpoint with your recruiter, you´ll be informed of how many members of our team you´ll be meeting along the way. Also, we´ll inform you who they are at every checkpoint, and well before time.
Why am I meeting several Orangers?
This lets you meet more Orangers across the business, get more feels about the company/role, and allow Orangers to be part of the interview process. This ties back to our Win-win Collaboration value!
Are all interviews virtually?
Yes, however we would also love to meet you in person so you may be asked to visit the nearest office to meet face to face with our team.
Would having a virtual interview impact my journey?
Definitely not! It won´t impact your ride. We´ve got several tools to allow the remote interview; Zoom, Umeet and Google Meet.
Roadblock: I can´t connect to my virtual interview, what can I do?
Don´t worry! We understand anything could happen, so just send an email to everyone cc´d on your interview confirmation; this way we can reschedule to a more convenient time/day.
Will I know if I continue to the next checkpoint?
Yes, your recruiter will inform you at every stage if you continue in the process and what the next steps are.
Can I get feedback on my interview?
We know getting feedback is important for your career path, so we´ll always try to provide it when possible. There might be instances where giving detailed feedback is not possible, but we´ll definitely tell if that´s the case.
What´s next after all my interviews are completed?
Our team will have a debrief with all the interviewing team to have an overall assessment that is also fair and unbiased, centred objectively on our hiring criteria and company values.

Any other stops after the interview process?
Yes, you could be scheduled for a casual lunch or meet-up with the hiring team. We want to make sure there is good chemistry and both parts excited to work together.
